Classes in Provence are intimate and limited to small groups. The focus is on local, seasonal Provencal ingredients and recipes. The recipes are designed to prepare at home. Instruction is in English. Food allergies can be accommodated with advance notice. Lodging is in a gorgeous, remodeled farmhouse in the Luberon area of Provence. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. Local transportation within Provence, all meals and six nights of lodging (in the farmhouse) are included.
The cost for the truffle week is $5000 per person (based on double occupancy). There is a $500 supplement for single lodging. Travel to/from Marseille or Avignon, France, is not included.
